Commander Instruments and Avionics, Inc. is certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration as a Part 145 Repair Station with 2 fixed locations as well as work away from station (mobile service). The component services facility is housed within a 40,000 square feet facility that nicely accommodates the growth of aircraft component services with departments of highly skilled professions dedicated to high quality standards and customer support. Commander is now able to offer more responsive turn-times for component services shipped in by domestic and international customers. Same day service (for certain kinds of repair work) is offered to high volume customers at no additional charge. As a top sales and service facilty for several major avionics manufacturers such as Bendix/King and Garmin, Commander has developed working relationships with many key factory technical specilists to assist in all levels of support from warranty service to complex troubleshooting, difficult repairs, and complex installations. Commander continues to expand its capabilities into different areas to better serve the diverse needs of the aviation community.
